Currently, you have no rights to safety when it comes to "un-natural" gas and oil fracking imposing on your health, safety, welfare and environment. The industry can burn chemicals to make more chemicals and then release them into the air you and your family breath without consequence.
There have been so many tragic accidents created by the fracking industry that with accidents and violations alone, the entire industry should be shut down. They have more than proven they cannot operate in a safe manner that is fair and balanced with humans and the environment. Millions of gallons of liquid toxic industrial waste (they call it produced water) is still in the environment and has never been recovered.
The industry can legally impose their operational hazards on your life and the COGCC supports this diabolical effort.
This is not an anti-fracking movement, it's a civil rights movement. Your rights to safety have been stripped by the toxic fracking industry's federal exemptions and enforced by the arbitrary and capricious COGCC. Period.
Fracking is one of the dumbest "technologies" ever created. We are smarter than a fossil fuel and please note: The minerals the oil and un-natural gas occupation assembly remove, are not for Coloradans nor Americans. The gas is "Un-Americanly" sold to other countries for high profit margins.

The oil and "un-natural" gas occupation assembly is considered heavy industry and should not conduct operations near humans, their homes, schools, playgrounds, hospitals or any public place where innocent people come together.
Will your home insurance company drop your coverage? Will your mortgage lender drop your loan when heavy industry is on, under or adjacent to your property? Will your property lose its value year after year?
If you have ever lived in an area that has one, or dozens, or even hundreds of carcinogenic spewing un-natural gas fracking pads surrounding your house, you'll know precisely why I AM VOTING YES ON 112.
Cannabis sales created $247 million in tax revenue last year far surpassing what the oil and "un-natural" gas occupation assembly could ever think of contributing.
It's time to show the people how we can grow our way out of fossil fuels with hemp. Hemp is the answer to all of the problems the oil and gas industry has created. Everything made from oil and gas can be replaced with hemp.
